The equipment pool will offer machines and equipment that are needed for the technical maintenance and ownership of a building but do not need to be owned by the property owner. 

Initially, the equipment pool will mainly include equipment linked to energy efficiency and maintenance of a building.

In the long term, there are no limits to what can be offered. All equipment needed by members can be offered.
